This position consists of the planning and design of civil engineering projects, such as water lines, storm sewer and sanitary sewer. 

Experience in civil/site design, grading, drainage design, utilities design, site/roadway layout and profiles. 

Will analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other data to plan and design project. 

Prepare specifications and plans for projects and inspect construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to plans and specifications.
