BSCE degree and E.I. plus 3 years experience preferred. 

Any experience in planning and design for streets and D.O.T. roadways will be beneficial. 

Applicant must have excellent communication skills and be committed to being a member of a highly productive design team. 

Experience with MicroStation and InRoads is desired.
